Joining the LadderBackDown community was one of the best thing that happened to me in 2023. I am yet to see such a selfless community of professionals. I Had access to useful materials, got myself a selfless mentor in the community, participated in the free volunteer project which increased my network and expanded my knowledge and above all got an Agile Delivery Manager role.
