At The Ladder Back Down®, we intend to inspire the next generation of black youth to become the best authentic version of themselves possible. We seek to mentor, coach, train and pay attention to our next generation and leaders of the future.
NEXT GEN PLANS
We aim to form Partnerships with private and public organisations and allies interested in the progress of Black Youth globally. We aim to deliver free Forex trading workshops on a demo platform to our youth and set up an annual trading competition between trained groups of Black Youth across different continents. In doing so we inspire unity and collaboration and positive competition.
