MENTORING AND COUNSELLING
We aim to deliver a lean and effective mentoring program to empower individuals from the Black community(regardless of religion, gender or any other trait that tends to divide rather than unite us), designed to provide advice to develop skills, confidence and ultimately more prospects to become successful in your career.
Confidential one-to-one mentoring conversations will take place between a Ladder Back Down® volunteer mentor and each caller seeking career advice or career counselling, and Chatham House Rules will apply in all instances. The Ladder Back Down® is unable to provide investment, financial or legal advice under any circumstance.
Our Mentoring programme consists of free speed-mentoring and career counselling sessions intended to empower our community to achieve our potential in education, industry, business and society.
